Information you share
Our enquiry form collects your name, email address and message. You can also provide your phone or WhatsApp number, company name and country, business type, preferred contact method, product requirements, quantities, delivery destination and expected monthly volume.
How we use your information
We use these details to answer your questions, prepare quotations, assess distribution enquiries and follow up on your requirements. Enquiries are sent by email, and our team keeps the related email correspondence to manage the conversation.
Who handles enquiry information
Enquiries are emailed to the SFGT sales team at tbts@sfgt-tbts.com. The website is hosted on Vercel, and our company email is hosted with MXroute. These providers process information to operate the website and deliver email. Information may be processed in the countries where those providers operate.
Website operation and security
The website and its hosting provider process technical information such as network addresses and request logs to operate the service, investigate failures and prevent spam. A language preference may be stored in your browser when you choose English or Arabic. Links to WhatsApp, maps and other websites are subject to those services’ own privacy notices.
Keeping enquiry information
We retain enquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, follow up and meet applicable business obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and any resulting business relationship.
Questions about your information
Contact tbts@sfgt-tbts.com to ask about the personal information you have shared, request a correction or ask for deletion. Our team will review the request in light of the correspondence held and applicable obligations.
